Dénes V. Költő is the founder and managing attorney of Költő Law Firm.

Dénes began his legal career in 2004, working as a trainee lawyer, providing legal representation for leading telecommunications companies, a health fund, an insurance company, and real estate development and management companies, as well as handling public procurement procedures.

He founded Költő Law Firm in 2011, and since then his practice has expanded, particularly in the economic field. He has gained significant experience in the comprehensive management of Hungarian companies for foreign clients, planning and executing complex economic processes, handling compensation cases, real estate matters, liquidation, tax authority procedures, and matrimonial property law cases. Dénes has been a member of the Issuers’ Committee of the Budapest Stock Exchange since 2016 and has served as its chairman since 2023.

Under his leadership, the firm’s main profile has evolved into economic legal consulting, primarily in investment and M&A, corporate financing, and stock exchange transactions, as well as providing legal support for international market expansions. The firm offers its services in both Hungarian and English to domestic and foreign clients.
